Introduction
I am a real estate development and investment professional studying in UC Berkeley's Master of Real Estate Development + Design program. My work sits at the intersection of financial discipline, market analysis, and the systems that help teams make better capital decisions under uncertainty.
Before Berkeley I worked in asset management at Ivory Commercial & Multifamily, supporting capital planning and portfolio decisions across about 3,500 multifamily units and 20+ properties. When the tools around that work needed to improve, I built internal software to support capital planning.
I also pursue graduate work in analytics at Georgia Tech. Across real estate, markets, and software I keep returning to the same question: how better information and better systems lead to better capital allocation.
Berkeley
The MRED+D program combines development finance, design, construction, and entitlement strategy. My coursework includes mixed-use feasibility studies such as 344 14th Street, where I tested how program density, unit economics, and construction cost interact with residual land value in a supply-constrained submarket.
Berkeley is where I connect underwriting discipline to physical development decisions: what the market supports, what the code allows, what the building costs, and what remains after required development profit.
Professional work
Ivory Commercial & Multifamily
As Asset Management Analyst (2025-2026) I worked across a portfolio of about 3,500 multifamily units and 20+ properties. Responsibilities included capital planning, market analytics, and portfolio strategy.
I also designed and shipped internal software used to support capital planning across the portfolio. Public detail stays high level. Short note.

Personal note
I grew up in the Philippines and have lived in Hawaii, Utah, and California. Outside of work I play chess, surf when the swell cooperates, hike when I need to think without a screen, and write music under my own name. I speak English, Tagalog, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Deep Blue Records is an independent label for my released music. It is a creative outlet, not a second career path.
