Professional work
Real estate decisions are systems problems.
At Ivory Commercial & Multifamily I worked across asset management, capital planning, market analytics, and portfolio strategy for about 3,500 multifamily units. When the analytical work needed better infrastructure, I built the infrastructure too.
When the tools fell short, I built better ones.
Alongside asset management work I designed and shipped internal software to support capital planning across the portfolio. The public version of that story stays brief.

About
A short note.
I am a real estate development and investment professional in UC Berkeley's Master of Real Estate Development + Design program, with graduate analytics work at Georgia Tech. Before Berkeley I supported capital planning across about 3,500 multifamily units at Ivory Commercial & Multifamily — and built internal tools when the workflow needed them.
Across real estate, markets, and software I keep returning to the same problem: how better information and better systems lead to better capital decisions.
